Weather permitting - enjoy a mini moonlit wander in the Pinnacle Nature Reserve. A short loop (just under 6km) following a combination of single trails and wide fire trails, with two short sections off track through the grasslands in the first part of the walk. Starting in the late afternoon, we can admire the soft changes in afternoon light and then the moon rising in the East South East at 6.02pm from a lookout point off the Tully Boundary Track. The night before is the full moon, however it will still be 99.6% illuminated. Experience a little bit of moonlight wandering, night sounds and cool air! Warm clothes and a headlamp/torch essential.
