**Bookings not required for Wed Walks.** Blundells Flat to Coree campground via Pabral Road. Medium Leader: David Wardle 0418695142, wardle@webone.com.au. This walk is on closed fire trails through pleasant mainly unburnt forest. We start from the former Blundells Flat pine forest and then gradually ascend along Pabral fire trail, crossing into NSW and the Brindabella National Park. Lunch in the pleasant Coree Campground and we return downhill following the same route. Distance: 14km. Climb: 500m. Map: Cotter Dam Meeting: The Weston Creek Tennis Courts Carpark, Dillon Close, directly opposite and north of McDonalds at Cooleman Court. 8.20 am for an 8.30 am departure. Cars: 70km. $10 per passenger. Weather forecast: Temperature Max 34 degrees, 80% chance of showers and possible storm. Note: 1. If the weather becomes unpleasant or dangerous we will turn around and return to the cars. 2. Ensure that you have plenty of water. 3. The programed leader for this walk is unable to lead following a sporting injury. Those doing their first Wednesday walk and also prospective walkers who are not members of the BBC, NPA or CBC clubs must contact the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
