Alpine walks and good works

A week based in a lodge at Guthega in Kosciuszko NP, with about half the time doing Easy-Medium walks and half the time doing 'good works' i.e. encouraging petition signatures for the Reclaim Kosci campaign. Walks will include the new Guthega-Charlotte Pass track, as a half-day one-way walk; Mt Stillwell, Moon Rock and probably Rawsons Pass/Mt Kosciuszko. You can also choose to take a rest day instead of walking.

Mostly on track. Off track walking will be meadows with tussocky grass, scrubby patches and optional scrambling.

Accommodation is in shared rooms - usually 2 per room but possibly 4 per room - with a shared bathroom (there are 4 bathrooms in the lodge). Sole occupancy of rooms is not available. BYO linen and food, and do a share of lodge chores.
