Murray's Corner to Cotter Bend with possible swim

Meet 8:30 AM at Dillon Close, Weston for car pooling and introductions. NOTE MEETING PLACE IS DILLON CLOSE AT WESTON AND NOT ONE OF THE OTHER MORE USUAL VENUES.
Drive to Murray's Corner leaving at least 1 car at Cotter Bend car park. Paddle across ford over Paddy's River at Murray's Corner and follow Old Mine Road to top of Bullen Range, follow Bullen Range Road to another ford over Paddy's River and cross. Make way on fire trail and footpath to Cotter Bend car park for possible swim and cool off. May have to start earlier if weather is hot.
Trip will depend on level of Paddy's River - as at 26 January it was easily crossable. If River is in flood another walk will be offered at a different location.
A walk or similar activity with a duration of a day or part day. No overnight gear required.
