Canyoning Skills Practice: Red Rocks Gorge [DATE AND LOCATION CHANGE TO AVOID HEAT WAVE]

This is an opportunity for CBC members who've participated in CBC canyoning activities in the recent past to practise their rope/abseiling skills. The activity will be divided into two sessions - morning session covers device lockoff, self belay and simple self-resuce with prussik loops; the afternoon session involves assessing anchors; and simple rigging for single rope technique using blocks and lowering systems.
