DESCRIPTION:This is an opportunity for CBC members who've participated i
 n CBC canyoning activities in the recent past to share and practise thei
 r rope/abseiling skills. The activity will be divided into two sessions 
 - morning session covers device lockoff, self belay and simple self-resu
 ce with prusik loops; the afternoon session involves simple rigging for 
 single rope technique using blocks and lowering systems. If the weather 
 is bad on Saturday it will be rescheduled.
