 n CBC canyoning activities in the recent past to practise their rope/abs
 eiling skills. The activity will be divided into two sessions - morning 
 session covers device lockoff, self belay and simple self-resuce with pr
 ussik loops; the afternoon session involves assessing anchors; and simpl
 e rigging for single rope technique using blocks and lowering systems.
