This is a training session for members with abseiling skills and particularly for those members who are booked into the Wolgan Valley canyoning trip over Easter.. We'll head out to Lego Land, set up some ropes, and practise some self-belay and self-rescue methods using prusik loops. If time we'll practise some simple rigging. The hike-in from Lego Land Carpark to Legoland is around 600m one way. It's a shady area so we hopefully won't expire from any heat during the training.
