DESCRIPTION:This is a training session for members with abseiling skills
  and particularly for those members who are booked into the Wolgan Valle
 y canyoning trip over Easter.. We'll head out to Lego Land, set up some 
 ropes, and practise some self-belay and self-rescue methods using prusik
  loops. If time we'll practise some simple rigging. The hike-in from Leg
 o Land Carpark to Legoland is around 600m one way. It's a shady area so 
 we hopefully won't expire from any heat during the training. Nb: Start a
 nd finish times are at Lanyon Market Place.
