CBC March Monthly Presentation - Day walks in the northern Flinders presented by Meg McKone
Wed 19th Mar 2025
Meeting
The Flinders Ranges of South Australia stretch 420 kms north and contain some of the most scenic (and difficult) bushwalking on the mainland.
In May, 2024, a group of 15 CBCers visited three different sections of the Northern Flinders, all north of Wilpena Pound - Mt Chambers Gorge, Arkaroola Sanctuary and the Gammon Ranges. Although we only did day walks and avoided the really hard stuff, there was plenty to keep us happily occupied. (Photo: Descending Griselda Hill at Arkaroola photo by Bill Gibson.)
Tea and coffee will be served after the presentation. Family and friends are welcome.
