Teddys Hut (snowshoe) - KNP

NOTE CHANGE OF DATE. 3 days of snowshoeing and 2 nights of snow camping at Teddys Hut in Kosciuszko National Park. From the Cascade trailhead at Dead Horse Gap, follow Thredbo River upstream to near its source and set up camp at Teddys Hut (image Mike Bremers). The middle day will be a circuit in the area, including a stop at Paddy Rushs Bogong to look down over Thredbo and across to the Main Range. On the third day, return to Dead Horse Gap via Brindle Bull Hill.
Date may change (forward or back) depending on weather and snow conditions. An alternative destination may be offered if snow conditions in the area are not conducive.

Provided to booked walkers after bookings close. Car-pooling from south Canberra: $180 per car plus park entry fees. Depending on numbers and park fees required ~ $60-$100 per person.
