A circuit to the spectacular Wave Cave, the largest cave in the Budawangs. We will start from the Nerriga-Nowra road and descend to Bainbrig Creek via Skinny Woman Pass - a fun, unexposed but rather confined scramble. We should get across Bainbrig Creek with dry feet and them climb to the base of the cliffline. An optional scramble to the top of the cliffs for views, then return and follow the base of the cliffs to the Wave Cave for a shady stop. Return across Bainbrig Creek with an optional swim in its small pools if it's hot. This walk replaces the Boolijah Creek which has been re-scheduled. Short distance but strenous terrain.
