DESCRIPTION:This trip replaces my Newnes Plateau canyoning trip, which I
 've had to postpone due to park closures and remote area restrictions in
  the Wollemi and Blue Mts National Parks arising from fire risk. With th
 is trip, we'll car camp and do a canyon each day - two canyons in Bungon
 ia National Park, and the Macquarie Rivulet. All canyons will be at leas
 t of a moderate level, with some long drops, swims and jump ins. The Bun
 gonia canyons will involve steep exits (at least 400m climbs), whereas t
 he Macquarie rivulet will involve a car shuffle and no climb! Participan
 ts can do one or all of the canyons; however, if they don't do the whole
  trip, they'll have to sort their own transport out. This activity is su
 itable for people with some abseiling experience or training who want to
  practise what they've learned.
