Thursday ramble: a botanical wander along the rocky knolls of Cooleman Ridge
Oct 22, 9:00 AM
This leisurely ramble will take us over areas of high quality native grassland and old trees that have been cared for by Cooleman Ridge Parkcare Group for over 30 years. We will stay off the gravel fire trails and keep to the high ground as it meanders from north to south. There will be some ups and downs as we follow the terrain, and probably a few fences to negotiate, to step through or crawl under. Should be plenty of native plants in flower and a lot of bird life
