DESCRIPTION:**No bookings required for joint club Wednesday Walks** It i
 s about ten years since the joint club Wednesday Walks program was forma
 lly split into the Easy-Medium and Medium hard categories. To mark the s
 uccess of these walks we will hold a ‘Combo’ walk with two leaders s
 haring the walks and meeting up at different points during the day, and 
 with a slice of cake at the end. This Bilby entry describes the Easy-Med
 ium walk. A companion entry will describe the Medium-Hard walk. Leader: 
 Easy/Medium - David W. (BBC) From the Honeysuckle Creek camping ground w
 e walk up a road and footpad to the Sundial Rock (GR 791 593). We then f
 ollow a creek, roughly south, to a swampy area where several creeks conv
 erge. We cross the main creek and continue roughly south following anoth
 er creek bed up to a saddle (GR 795 575) and have lunch in a pretty area
  with big boulders. The return will be higher up above the creek, with v
 iews to the Spinnaker ridge. We descend to explore the cascades and then
  head back to the Sundial Rock and then the cars. Distance: 9 km. Climb:
  250m. BBC level: 8 The off-track terrain is light forest with minimal s
 crub (easy to get through) and grass/tussocks. There is not much water i
 n the creeks and they are easy to cross. Likewise, the 'swamp' is pretty
  dry. Long pants are recommended. Bring poles if you like. Bring an extr
 a thermos for afternoon tea back at the cars. We will supply chocolate b
 alls to have with lunch and fruit cake for afternoon tea. Map: Corin Dam

 llage shops (Marconi Cres, opposite petrol station). Be ready to leave a
 t 8.30am. Cars: 74 km ($11 pp) *Those doing their first Wednesday Walk, 
 and those who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact the l
 eader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk. You can do this by
