DESCRIPTION:**No bookings required for Wednesday Walks** An out and back
  track walk that initially takes in the track to Sheperds Lookout from T
 he Link at Strathnairn. We'll take morning tea at the lookout and then h
 ead down to the Uriarra Picnic area along an initially steep track, 
 that parallels the Canberra Waste Treatment Works. This part of the walk
  will involve the crossing of the Molonglo River and a meandering trac
 k along the Murrumbidgee River, till we find a suitable lunch spot in th
 e Uriarra picnic area.. We'll return to the Molonglo River via the Uri
 arra loop track and then retrace our steps to the cars.,   It will be w
 et and cool so please dress for the conditions. Also, bring water, lunch
  and morning tea. For those doing their first Wednesday walk, please con
 tact the leader to discuss your ability to undertake the walk.
