Urambi Hills is an idyllic reserve that has great views of the mountains to the west. It is a great spot to take in the scenery. We will climb Urambi Hills and then proceed along trails to Kambah Pool Rd, then follow it down to the track that follows the Murrumbidgee River. Wonderful views stretch along the Murrumbidgee River through Red Rocks Gorge. We will then follow Tuggeranong Creek and paths back to the cars.
Distance 13km, 4.5-5hrs, Total ascent 300m, Grade BBC 8, CBC Medium/Easy.

Weather forecast: partly cloudy, 11c, 12km WSW wind.
Meet at the car park just off of Learmonth Drive and Athllon Drive near Lake Tuggeranong at 8:50 for 9am start.
