DESCRIPTION:A nice morning wander through the local reserves of Aranda a
 nd Mt Painter, along a combination of undulating fire trails, single tra
 ils, open woodlands and through grasslands. Firstly, exploring the Arand
 a side, which includes a less visited area of pretty bushland in the sou
 thern end of the reserve. Then, we crisscross the undulating landscape m
 aking our way to the underpass on Bindubi Street, passing the Cook Horse
  Paddock to approach Mt Painter. We complete a loop at Mt Painter, from 
 the newer trail up to the summit, taking in all the views, and then retu
 rn to our starting point. Approx 3 1/2 hours and home just in time for l
 unch!
