DESCRIPTION:Mt Solitary in the Blue Mountains is the large mountain acro
 ss the valley you can see from the Three Sisters lookout (Look at the ph
 oto). We will be doing a 3 day, 2 night walk with the aim of camping on 
 top of Mount Solitary for 1 night and in the valley the other night. Mt 
 Solitary may be a dry camp, so you will need to carry 3-4 litres of wate
 r. Intention is to see Ruined Castle, Mt Solitary, Chinaman's Gully, the
  Kedumba River Valley. I have not done this walk before, but while the d
 istances are not high, it rates as hard, so you will need to be fit, wel
 l prepared, and ready to deal with some climbing and rock scrambling, an
 d remember that this will be the start of winter, and below freezing tem
 peratures and snow are both a (slim) possibility.
