E-M Wednesday Walk #2: Mt Majura and Mt Ainslie Circuit

No bookings required for joint club Wednesday Walks:
Commence at the Antill St entrance to Mt Majura. We will proceed to Mt Majura via grassland, track and through some steep open scrub. From there down to Hackett dams for morning tea. Thence, cross country and part of the Centenary trail to Mt Ainslie. Return via the Ainslie Labyrinth for lunch and back to the cars via a mixture of bush track and fire trail.
Those doing their first Wednesday Walk, and those who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk

Terrain information
Overall this walk is on a combination of grassland, open scrub, good tracks and fire trials. There is some steep terrain leading up to and down Mt Majura. The remaining walk is in moderately hilly terrain. Gaiters, gloves and long pants would be recommended for the scrubby sections.
