DESCRIPTION:An afternoon walk designed for families with children aged 5
  to 12 years. The walk will start on the edge of the suburb of Banks and
  go 1.5. km up an unnamed rocky creek. There is no track: the creek terr
 ain is steep, rough and great fun for the kids. (The photo shows the cre
 ek with more water than usual.) Adults as well as kids will need to use 
 hands to haul themselves up rocks in places. Return by the same route. T
 he afternoon timing aims for sunshine in the creek rather than chilly mo
 rning shade. Bring a snack. When you book, please add a note to your Boo
 king with the first and last names of all adults and all kids in your gr
 oup and ages of the kids. Children younger than five may need to be carr
 ied in a back pack; please discuss with the leader first if you want to 
 bring a child under 5.
