Starting from Honeysuckle Creek Campground, we walk along the Booroomba Rocks track until it crosses Honeysuckle Creek. We then leave the track and trace the creek up towards its source before crossing a ridge for views along the valley of Blue Gum Creek towards Booroomba Rocks in the distance. We make our way along this valley through scrub to a nice rock platform and then to Gorilla Rock. We then loop our way back to the Booroomba Rocks track and the campground. Gloves, gaiters, water and eye protection are recommended. This is a joint walk with the Brindabella Bushwalking Club.

Terrain information
Track and off track. Scrub in parts - some thick scrub about the upper reaches of Honeysuckle Creek. Gaiters, gloves and eye protection recommended.
Transport information
Cars: 74km with a recommended donation of $11 (or a bit more considering petrol prices). Meet at Kambah shopping centre, Marconi Cres, opposite the petrol station.
A walk or similar activity with a duration of a day or part day. No overnight gear required.
