Leaving cars at the Tidbinbilla Visitors Information Centre, we climb to Eliza Saddle via the interesting Birrigai Rock Shelter, then climb to the top of Gibraltar Peak. Return via Dalsetta taking either the Eliza Saddle track or the Gibraltar Fire trail. From Dalsetta go via Blewitts, Greens and Webbs picnic areas to the Tidbinbilla River, then take the Congwarra Trail to the cars. All on track. As we leave cars at the Visitor Centre payment for park entry is not required.
Distance: 14 km. Climb: 470m. BBC Rating of 7 (or maybe an 8, depending on the rockiness of the terrain to Eliza Saddle). You may consider bringing poles for the steeper sections.

Weather: A forecast maximum of 22C with a 25% chance of at least 1 mm rain.
Meeting Time: 8.20am for an 8.30am departure
Meeting Place: Kambah Village Shopping Centre car park opposite the service station.
Those doing their first Wednesday Walk, and those who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
