Budawang National Park - Folly Point, Watson Pass and Munnuldi Falls

Overnight walk to Folly Point for panoramic views of the Budawangs National Park, and to traverse Watsons Pass to Munnildi Falls.
Starting at Sassafras carpark on the Endrick River Fire Trail for approx. 9km to the turn off for Folly Point Walking Trail. Head south along the trail to the Graeme Mitchell Lookout, Folly Point Lookout and Folly Point. We will be camping overnight at a bush campsite on Folly Point (56H UTM 248704E 6096667N). Depending on the time available, we will explore Watsons Pass with the aim of reaching Munnildi Falls. We return the along the same track the next day back to the car park.
Experience in overnight and offtrack walking is required. In expressing your interest in this walk please indicate recent similar experience.

Terrain information
The Folly Point Walking Trail is expected to be overgrown in parts, require rock scrambling and some navigation. Traversing Watsons Pass to the Falls will be exploratory, off track and require rock scrambling. GPX file detailing the route and elevation details is available to participants.
Transport information
Carpooling is encouraged. Details will be finalised when participants are confirmed. The walk starts at the Sassafras campground car park on Endrick River Road (56H UTM 250048E 6108655N)
