 alley car park walking on the trail to the Geodetic dome for morning tea
  then off track. Some thick scrub and interesting boulders near top, to 
 Orroral Hill (1609m) with magnificent views. Return same way or via Rabb
 it Ears then Granite Tors track from the dome). Recommend gaiters and gl
 oves for off track section. Distance: 12 km. Climb: 700m. BBC level: Med
 ium (11). Map: Rendezvous Creek. Weather forecast: Tuggeranong 17-29 c, 
 0-4 mm rain; Mt Ginini 12-19 c, and 0-5 mm Meeting point: Kambah Village
  shops (Marconi Cres, opposite petrol station). Be ready to leave at 8.0
 0 am. Cars: 90 km ($15 per person). Those doing their first Wednesday Wa
 lk, and those who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact t
 he leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
