A short introduction to this Nature Reserve. ‘Nadjung Mada’ means ‘wet lands’ in Ngunnawal. We’ll walk slashed routes and some off-track across the grasslands, so gaiters or long, loose-fitting trousers are a must to keep the serpents at bay. Maybe a couple of gates and fences to cross. After our hike, you’ll know the boundaries of this Nature Reserve and where it fits as a wildlife corridor. Around 6km and pretty flat. Meet at 8am, say 2 hours.
