DESCRIPTION:**No bookings required for joint club Wednesday Walks** This
  walk will be led by Henry Gardner (0431 016 975 please text first) on b
 ehalf of CBC. Starting from the Square Rock car park, we will walk along
  the regular track towards Square Rock but will take the left branch to 
 the Orroral Valley Lookout rather than SR itself. The rest of the walk i
 s off-track and involves rock scrambling and some scrubby parts. We keep
  going over the lookout, and start to descend a steep slope in a south w
 esterly direction to reach a nice place for morning tea. We will then co
 ntinue our descent steeply with some stops at large boulders for views d
 own to Orroral Valley and across to McKeahnie Trig and higher peaks. Aft
 er crossing thick scrub around the creek at the bottom of the descent, t
 he rest of the journey to McKeahnie Trig is pretty open. After lunching 
 at McKeahnie Trig we will then descend to the Corin Rd and complete a ca
 r shuffle back to the Square Rock car park. This walk is tough in parts 
 so bring gloves, gaiters, protective glasses and plenty of water. AS THE
  WEATHER FORECAST FOR WEDNESDAY IS POOR THIS WALK MAY BE SUBJECT TO MODI
 FICATION OR CANCELLATION. CHANGES WILL BE POSTED TO BILBY AND TO THE LIS
 TS BY 7PM TUESDAY EVENING. Total distance around 10km. Elevation gain of
  480 metres. CBC grading M/R, BBC grading 10. MAP: Corin Dam 1:25000. ME
 ETING TIME AND PLACE: Kambah Village shops (Marconi Cres, opposite petro
 l station) ready for an 8.00am departure. DRIVING DISTANCE: 70km (sugges
 ting $30 per car or $10 per passenger assuming three passengers). Those 
 doing their first Wednesday walk and also prospective walkers who are no
 t members of either the NPA, BBC or CBC clubs must contact the leader to
  discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
