DESCRIPTION:**No bookings required for joint club Wednesday Walks** This
  Medium to Hard graded walk will be led by (Andrew Cupit (0478309791). 
 cupitandjen@outlook.com) on behalf of the Brindabella Bushwalking Club. 
 The walk starts near the old quarry car park on Corin Road (on left afte
 r Gibraltar Falls and just before Corin Forest ski area). We will walk s
 outh up the Smokers Gap fire trail till we reach the saddle where we wil
 l head west off-track towards hill 1462. We will explore a couple of roc
 ky outcrops just north of hill 1462 and have morning tea. We will then h
 ead east back to the saddle and continue north-east off track to White H
 orse Rocks for lunch and great views. If there is time, we may explore t
 he next hill to the east (hill1378). After lunch we will head north-west
  down towards Punchbowl Creek and the falls. We will then return to the 
 car park on fire trails. The off-track section varies from open grasslan
 d to medium bush. Walkers are advised to have gaiters and gloves. This w
 alk may be adjusted (i.e. shortened, due to the heat). Distance: about 1
 0km. Climb: 490m. BBC level: Medium (9). Canberra forecast is 16-30C. Ra
 in. Low chance of showers (0-1mm). Light winds west to north-westerly 20
 -30km/h during the morning Those doing their first Wednesday Walk, and t
 hose who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact the leader
  to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
