Evening walk - Mt Majura Nature Reserve

An evening walk through Mt Majura Nature Reserve. Following a combination of narrow bush tracks, parts of the Casuarina trail, and fire trails, we will complete a 7.8km loop through the reserve, with our highest point at 760m, the small knoll to the south of the seat junction below Mt Majura's summit. We take a short break here to admire the views west over the suburbs, and then head down towards the lower dams, looping back to our starting point. With sunset at 7.53pm, we can admire changes in the evening light. Please bring a headlamp / torch, as our expected finish is 9pm. This walk will start and finish at Mt Ainslie Kellaway Street car park, Hackett.
Please book as usual via Bilby. If this walk needs to be cancelled for any reason (e.g., too hot, too wet) valid participants will be notified via Bilby by 5:30pm on day of the walk.
