DESCRIPTION:Starting at headwaters of Yarramunmun Creek, on the Tianjara
  Plateau, scramble down waterfall to join creek and return through the L
 abyrinth system of deep canyons and tunnels. From the waterfall base, fo
 llow Yarramunmun Creek down for 3-4km, to junction with unnamed creek, w
 here there are swimming holes. Off track and steep climb to join old, no
 w overgrown, logging track, working our way around to point at which hea
 d up, again off track, to enter the 'Labyrinth' - a lengthy passage, wal
 king, climbing and scrambling through high-walled, narrow canyons, climb
 ing back up towards the Tianjara Plateau. From the top of the Labyrinth,
  easy walk back to cars along 4WD track. Opportunities for swimming (rai
 nfall dependent) at morning tea and lunch. Limited numbers. Map Sassafra
 s. Approximately 2 hrs drive from Canberra, 45 minutes from Nowra - so e
 arly start needed ahead of a long and strenuous day's walking. Also oppo
 rtunity for dinner at Nerriga Hotel on way back to Canberra. For those u
 nfamiliar with the spectacular Tianjara Labyrinth country, the following
  link provides several photos I took on a recent reccy - to make sure is
  was still accessible. It was. You will notice in IMG_4611 that my wife 
 is in the shot, down the far end of that chamber (one of several). This 
 provides some sense of scale, especially the height and vertical nature 
 of the canyon sides, though the passage gets much narrower in places, as
  you move between chambers. I do not think the link below is active - yo
 u will probably need to copy and past into a browser. It is necessary to
  get up some ledges, and to crawl through some near tunnels as we approa
 ch the exit. I would love to have a geologist along who could tell me mo
