 m From Curries and Pabral Roads junction, we climb upwards through lovel
 y forest to the top of Mount Coree, where we will be rewarded with great
  all-around views of Namadgi and Brindabella NPs. We then follow a faint
  and partly overgrown footpad along the ACT-NSW border, before descendin
 g through the bush to Curries Rd. A few km on Curries Rd brings us back 
 to the cars. This walk has several steep sections, both uphill and downh
 ill. There is mostly light to medium scrub, loose rock underfoot in plac
 es, and a few steep, rocky outcrops to negotiate around. Gaiters or long
  pants are recommended, especially for the stinging nettles on the downh
 ill section! Carry plenty of water. Weather: Weather forecasts for Wedne
 sday have been variable of late. On Saturday, the BOM forecast for Canbe
 rra is - 50% chance of 1 mm of rain (25% chance of 5mm) and temperatures
  between 13 to 27 degrees. NOTE: If the forecast deteriorates in the com
 ing days, the walk will be cancelled. Those doing their first Wednesday 
 Walk, and those who are not members of the CBC, BBC or NPA, must contact
  the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
