DESCRIPTION:**No bookings required for joint club Wednesday Walks** This
  Hard graded walk will be led by Phillip Hope (0405 916 004) on behalf o
 f the Brindabella Bushwalking Club. From the Yankee Hat car park climb t
 o the saddle south-east of Mount Gudgenby, then on and upwards, crossing
  rock slabs, to the summit. The return route will be via the mountain’
 s south-east face. Mostly offtrack, patches of thick scrub and rock scra
 mbling. For experienced walkers only. Distance: 16 km. Climb: 800m. BBC 
 level Hard (12). Cars: 100km ($14). Maps: Rendezvous Creek, Yaouk. Meeti
 ng point: Kambah Village shops (Marconi Cres, opposite petrol station). 
 Be ready to leave at 7.30 am. Forecast -Tuggeranong 5 to 19, no rain. Wa
 lk weather dependent, if more rain an alternative walk will be done . **
 This a harder walk suitable for fit off-track walkers who are members of
  the BBC, NPA or CBC clubs. Those doing their first medium/hard Wednesda
 y walk must contact the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the
  walk.**
