Forest Bushwalk and "Rogers Rocks", Tallaganda National Park
Sat 01st Nov 2025
Bookings available to active members only.
We'll visit a beautiful area of tall open-forest on the crest of The Great Dividing Range in Tallaganda National Park. The forest has not been burnt in recent years. Much of the day will be off-track, and about 6 kilometres is on fire-trails. We will also visit "Rogers Rocks", an outcrop of giant, pink granite boulders surrounded by ancient trees. A moderately hard bushwalk with a bit of boulder scrambling; suitable for walkers used to going off-track. The scrub is OK, compared to Namadgi.
