DESCRIPTION:There has been some interest in the Mt Stromlo and Brown Tri
 g walk on 14 October, run for the public in partnership with the Conserv
 ation Council. This afternoon’s ramble is for **CBC members and guests
 **. Check out the view over the Western Edge from Brown Hill, then visit
  the Canberra Seismic Station and Space Weather Monitoring Site. Climb M
 t Stromlo from the SW to visit Duffields grave. Return through the Strom
 lo site passing burnt out telescope domes, the Administration building a
 nd restored Directors Residence. Around 10km, 300vm climb and 3 hours, m
 ostly on fire trails.
