Toddler walk to STEP (National Arboretum) and see some warm Trees
Tue 01st Jul 2025
Part-day, Walk, Toddler Toddle
A gentle stroll to the Southern Tablelands Ecosystem Park (STEP). This regional botanic garden features grasses, shrubs and trees as well as a Bush Tucker Garden. It is a 1.5 km loop walk from the main Arboretum carpark. It is suitable for off-road prams. It is also ‘warm July’ so some of the trees are wearing scarves. Bring a snack, drink, picnic blanket and please dress warmly. Guests with kids under 5 are very welcome. Meeting point is just inside the arboretum near the visitors desk. We will start the walk at 10.15am. We will be finish by 12ish with the ubiquitous visit to the POD playground!
A walk or similar activity with a duration of a day or part day. No overnight gear required.
