 oring the exploring the upper reaches of Blue Gum Ck and Emu Flat. Start
 ing near Corin Forest, we head South up Smokers Firetrail then off-track
  to Emu Flat via some rocky knolls and saddles. We then pickup the headw
 aters of Blue Gum Ck and follow it downstream for a km or two. We then h
 ead back to the firetrail and cars. This walk is partially exploratory f
 or the leader, so the scrub and vegetation is unknown however, expect ta
 ll open forests, rocks and swampy, wet areas. Note - This is mainly an o
 ff-track walk and some scrub is expected, so bring scrub gloves, gaiters
 , eye protection, water, morning tea, lunch etc. Those doing their first
  Wednesday walk and also prospective walkers who are not members of the 
 BBC, NPA or CBC clubs must contact the leader to discuss the level of di
