Join me for an earlyish morning walk at Lake Burley Griffin. Starting near Lennox Gardens we cross over Commonwealth Bridge and continue around the lake towards Kings Bridge. After crossing Kings Bridge, we detour from the Bridge-to-Bridge circuit passing through the National Gallery of Australia Sculpture Garden and the Old Parliament House Rose Gardens, heading to the National Archives of Australia. Spend 30 minutes here to admire the ’20 years of Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year’. Further information about this exhibit can viewed here.
A small group so we don’t overcrowd the exhibit area.
Then, a short 1.4km walk back to our starting point, all done by 10.30am😊.
