This is the training event mentioned in the Trip Description of the Canyoning in the Blue Mountains trip commencing 16 January 2025. It will include a pre trip briefing on gear and logistics as well as basic abseil technique and practice, ropework skills, what to expect in the canyon and appropriate gear to bring. Please bring everything that you intend to take on each of the day trips including for the abseil and lilo trips so we can do a precheck of your equipment. It is intended for participants of the trip only. We will be meeting at 8 am. The location will be at White Rocks which is located near Queanbeyan. I will send you more accurate informtion on the meeting point once I have verified the latest information.
