We will start by walking alo ng a low ridge from Cook to the Aranda bushland. From there we pick up t he Frost Hollow trail and look for our first tree - an Apple Box. We the n head towards the Frost Hollow itself, passing Blakely’s Red Gum, Yel low Box and Candlebark on the way. We then pass some Snow Gums before wa lking up hill in the Aranda bushland. On the way up look for the Red Str ingybark and the Broad-leaved Peppermint trees, further uphill we should see Red Box. The track takes us downhill again passing Scribbly Gums an d Brittle Gums. You may need a torch for the return journey depending on how fast we walk. Gaiters are also recommended for walking in the areas of tall grass. Please book online via Bilby.
