Mt Ainslie fitness training walks
One and a half to two hours up and down Mt Ainslie using fire trails and small tracks. I plan Nov 10/17/24 at this stage, using the same route each week. Meet at the Campbell High school car park (see map) at 8.25 am. I will be fairly slow uphill so bring a heavier pack if you want to challenge yourself. Or just come along for the fun of it!
