By walking the same hill every week, hopefully participants will feel s tronger, more confident and maybe decrease their time. It’s a nice ste ep hike through the Rob Roy Nature Reserve starting just off Orange Thom Crescent in Banks. The reward – panoramic views over southern Canberr a. Just under 5km and a 260m elevation gain which should take us under 2 hours to complete. For this walk, the sunset is at 7:23 pm and last lig ht at 7:49 pm, so please bring a flashlight or torch. Please be at the m eeting place ready to walk by 6:00 pm. If the weather looks threatening, I will let all participants with valid bookings by 5 pm if the walk is still on or not.
