This walk takes you into the Aranda wetlands via the patch of snowgums. Then over a style to a cycle path which leads us down to the cork plantation. After the cork plantation we walk through some horse chestnuts in the Arboretum and onto the cedar plantation which leads us to the ‘Wide Brown Land’ sculpture. Returning via the cycle path.
You may need a torch for the return journey depending on how fast we walk. Gaiters are recommended for walking in the areas of tall grass.
No booking required, but it would help me if you did. If the walk is cancelled for any reason (e.g., too hot, too wet) valid participants will be notified via Bilby by 5:30pm on day of the walk.
