Thursday evening walk up Mt Majura in a less orthodox fashion

Parking at Hackett, we will climb and descend Mt Majura using a different, and less travelled, route for each leg, with the intention of breaking for 15-20 minutes near the top for either a light dinner or snacks.
I am allowing just under an hour each for ascent and descent, including stops, and we have an extra 30 minutes in reserve before sunlight ends.
All of the trip will be on walking tracks, some a bit steep, slippery or rough underfoot, and we will also be on fire trail with a teensy bit of tarmac.
You are most welcome to bring your fit and motivated teen (there is mobile data the whole way), you will just need to sign an acknowledgement of risks before we start. I will reserve 2 spots for teens, so just reach out when you book yourself in.

Meet at Antill St in Hackett at the concrete bus stop where the houses end opposite 321 Antill Street.
