YANKEE HAT NORTH

We start our walk at Yankee Hat car park, heading out over Bogong Creek, the new bridge is almost complete. From there we head up Middle Creek and swing round to climb up to the summit from the north side. We traverse across the top and head down the spur swinging round to the SW and rejoin the walking track back to the cars. The all round view across the summit are outstanding. This walk will not go ahead if its raining or if there has been a heavy downpour in the immediate proceeding days, the bush holds the water and its quite uncomfortable.
