Northern Kozzy 'M' peaks - Half Moon Peak, Mt Morgan and Mt Murray

Walk now fully booked, waitlist started. This is a 3-day walk in northern Kosciuszko National Park that will traverse three 1,800m+ peaks: Half Moon Peak (1,821m), Mount Morgan (1,874m) and Mt Murray (1,845m). Two of the three days involve off-track walking and there is significant climbing involved, only suitable for people experienced in these conditions.

Day 1 will involve walking from Pockets Saddle Rd to the saddle between Half Moon Peak and Mt Morgan (all off-track). Day 2 will involve walking over Mt Morgan and Mt Murray to Murray's Gap (mostly off-track). Day 3 will involve walking along the Murrays Gap firetrail and Pockets Saddle Road.
