Meeting Place: Lanyon Marketplace car park up from Maccas, 7.30am
Enjoy the Rendezvous Creek Walk, then ramble through the open grasslands of the Rendezvous Creek valley on an old vehicle track. Visit sites associated with European land use and older periods on Country. Return via Gudgenby Homestead and Ready-cut Cottage. Around 16km (some off-track) and 350vm climb. Graded BBC M(10), NPA 3B, CBC M/E-M. 80km round trip on sealed road from southern Canberra.

Weather: As at Saturday 27/7 the BOM forecast for the ACT on Wednesday is "Partly cloudy. Areas of morning frost. Winds southerly 15 to 25 km/h. Overnight temperatures falling to around minus 1 with daytime temperatures reaching between 7 and 12.".
Transport: $9 per person assuming 4 per vehicle
Those doing their first Easy/Medium Wednesday walk and also prospective walkers who are not members of either the NPA, BBC or CBC clubs must contact the leader to discuss the level of difficulty of the walk.
