We will be doing a 2 day, 1 night walk in the Namadgi National Park.
We will meet at Lanyon Supermarket car park and carpool and drive to the start point. The walk is mainly on fire trail, and will include Brayshaw's, Hospital Creek, Frank and Jack's, Westerman's and Waterhole huts, as well as Luton's Crutching Shed.
You are welcome to bring younger walkers (My 16 year old wants to come), you will just need to sign an acknowledgement of risks before we start. Just reach out when you book yourself in and I will get them registered.
You will need to be fit and well prepared (If this is your first overnighter, let me know), and remember that this is an alpine environment, and below freezing temperatures and snow are both a possibility.
