We will follow a meandering route, mostly off-track, in steep spur an d gully country covered with low open forests, but not much scrub. The r oute links up some remarkable weathered conglomerate rock outcrops, and we might see lyrebirds at one location. It will be an energetic and long walk of 8 hours in duration if we visit the best features. The walk is in the southeast of the park and does not visit the Tarlo River.
