In the morning w e'll go to a beautiful outcrop of pink granite boulders, which we named 'Lyrebird Rocks' on a previous visit. The walk then becomes exploratory as we traverse an area of tall brown barrel trees, with perhaps addition al granite outcrops hidden under the canopy. In the afternoon we'll visi t some interesting wetlands and rocky knolls. Most of the day is off-tra ck, and the area was impacted by the 2019-2020 bushfires, to varying deg rees.
