Upper Yarrangobilly River and Mountain
Fri 29th Mar 2024
This three-day walk from Good Friday to Easter Sunday will explore a less-commonly visited area of Kosciuszko National Park at a fairly relaxed pace. We'll explore the top of the Yarrangobilly River, just where it starts to get steep, as a side trip from our first camp. On the second day we'll walk over Yarrangobilly Mountain, which should have views. In between there will be some lovely forest, mostly unburnt and sub-alpine meadows.
