Walk, Training

The Brindabellas are one of the classic places to go looking and listening for birds in the ACT. I plan to lead a party down Moonlight Hollow Road, to Gravel Road, along Warks Road, then to a steep march back up Bendora Road. This is wet schlerophyl country, not recently burnt, harbouring a good range of bird species. As we will be listening intently, we will need to be quiet at times. Meet at Mt Stromlo Forest Park Carpark (near 'handlebar') at 700 for car-pooling. bring binoculars if you have them, hat, sunglasses, water and lunch.

Book by COB Friday 8 March 2024. Any enquiries to 0417 222 154 or David.dedenczuk@gmail.com.au
